Panel supply typically runs $40 to $70 per square metre, and a fully installed coolroom costs more once refrigeration, flooring, doors and compliance work are factored in. Do you build coolrooms in Western Sydney?

What insulated panels do you use?
Two core systems: EPS-FR (fire retardant expanded polystyrene) panels, which are lightweight, cost effective and locally manufactured, and PIR fire resistant panels for jobs that demand higher thermal performance or stricter fire compliance, such as pharmaceutical and food manufacturing facilities.
How long does coolroom construction take?
Most commercial coolrooms take two to six weeks from confirmed order to handover; freezer rooms generally run three to eight weeks. Size, site access, doors and refrigeration requirements set the timeline, and we confirm it at quote stage.
Do you handle emergencies and breakdowns?
Yes. Emergency repair calls are prioritised ahead of scheduled work, and if a room has to come offline we can put a mobile coolroom on site to protect stock while the fix happens.
