You are based in Penrith. Do you charge extra to come to Wollongong?
We are upfront about the geography: our workshop is in Jamisontown, Penrith, and we run down the M1 and Picton Road for Illawarra jobs regularly. Site inspections are free, travel is built into the quote rather than tacked on as a surprise, and once a build starts the crew is on site like any local job.
How long does a coolroom build in Wollongong take?
Most walk-in coolrooms and freezer rooms run two to six weeks from approved quote to handover, depending on size, refrigeration lead times and site access. We give you a realistic timeline at the free site inspection and stick to it.
Do you cover Shellharbour and Kiama as well?
Yes. Wollongong is the hub but the service area runs the length of the Illawarra: Dapto, Albion Park, Shellharbour, Warilla, Kiama and down to Gerringong. If you are on the coast south of the harbour, we can get to you.
Can you repair a coolroom another company built?
