This project was a fire rated fit-out for a multinational food business at Chullora. The scope covered insulated panel installation, including full wall systems and ante room works.
A fire rating changes how a panel job is specified and built. The panels have to carry the right fire performance, and the junctions, penetrations and trims have to match, because a rating is only as good as its weakest joint. It is the kind of work where the difference between a panel installer and a panel builder shows up in the details you cannot see from a distance.
The ante rooms matter more than most people expect. An ante room manages the temperature transition between spaces and takes the daily traffic, so it wears faster than anywhere else in the building.
